LANGFRISTIGE Vermietung ab September möglich! Dieses schöne Haus im Ranchstil mit geschmackvollen Dekoren bietet Platz für 2-4 Gäste. Wir sind einen Block von Nike, eine Meile zum Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants, eine Minute zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle. Einfacher Zugang zur Autobahn und 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Außerdem haben wir alle brandneuen Möbel und High-End-Matratzen, eine neue voll ausgestattete Küche und ein neues Bad, eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Trockner usw. Dieses Haus hat alles, was Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen lässt. Perfekt für Geschäftsreisen, Familien mit Kindern und Paare.

Perfect location

My Mom and I were in town to visit my daughter. This was a great location within 15 minutes of my daughters apartment and also minutes of everything we wanted to do. Place was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great base for visiting Portland with kids

The house looks even better than in the pictures! Very well stocked. The beds and pillows were the comfiest we've ever slept on! We'd love to be back one day.

A nice stay

This was a lovely place. The beds were comfy, they provided all the amenities we needed and all the instructions were clear. They even had box fans for a much better sleeping experience! My only note is, as they state, it is in the suburbs of Portland so you may not get the full Portland experience. However, it is easy to get to Portland and enjoy the city. Beaverton is also quite nice. I would recommend this home.

Super property and great host

We came for 3 days for a wedding. This property is wonderfully located, stocked with useful supplies, quiet, and ranks among one of the best VRBO’s we ever stayed in. Host was extremely good with communication. Kitchen is stocked well and the linens are a dream. Parking is off-street and everything felt safe. Highly recommended.

Great duplex in a fantastic part of Portland

We enjoyed our stay here. It felt more like a home than a rental property due to things like extra blankets, fans, shampoo/conditioner, local recommendations of restaurants and things to do, and lots of appliances and kitchen items. The location was fantastic. Right off the interstate in a nice neighborhood, close to lots of yummy restaurants and a grocery store. Only one room shared a wall with the other side of the duplex so it was very quiet. We even had separate driveways so it felt very private. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect

For our party of three, this was an absolutely perfect home base for our day trips around Portland. Location was ideal for us: easy to find, quiet neighbourhood and close to shopping centre and highways for easy travels. The listing details and photos were spot-on: clean, spacious, comfortable layout, great Wi-fi access and all amenities available as listed. Highly recommend.

Comfort away from home

This was a simple, cozy and clean home away from home. It was the perfect size to have the simple comforts of home for my family of 4 (mom, dad, teen, toddler). The location is great with grocery shopping within a mile and lots of food options within 5 minutes of the house. It was also very easy to locate as a visitor of the area. It was nice to have this cozy little place to settle in for the night after a long day of family fun.

Our Favorite Home Away From Home

This was our second Christmas at this amazing property. Last year was incredible, and this year was even better. Our daughter blessed us with our first grandchild and we all got to spend Christmas at our place. My son lives in Hillsboro and my daughter lives in Portland so this place is right in the middle. Perfect place, wonderful hosts, and another great memory created. Can't wait for next year.

Exploring Oregon

Property fit our needs. Centrally located to explore north, south, east & west. Neighborhood safe for morning/evening walks. Close to groceries & resturants. Host was an excellent communicator. Very responsive. Cooked breakfast in, made lunches for day trips, as we were out exploring on the road. Enjoyed the resturants for dinner upon return. Unit had everything we needed.

Spacious Home - No Stairs!

If you have a concern for stairs - there's only one step to enter the home. It is clean, spacious, comfortable, well maintained, compact and comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. The owner (Michelle) communicates well and handles issues immediately. This is definitely worthy of 5 Stars!

Our Home Away From Home - Totally Satisfied

This was our first VRBO experience and I have to say, it exceeded our expectations in all categories. First of all, location is great. Close to everything and in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Second, the actual accommodations were superb. This house is very clean, well equipped, and super comfortable and cozy. The beds are amazing. Finally, and most important, the host was responsive. Prior to, and during our stay, our host was very responsive. She made sure that we had everything we needed and even had someone leave the porch light on when we learned that our flight was delayed and our arrival wouldn't be until midnight. This was a special trip for us as we had my 86 year old mother in law with us. Our kids live in Beaverton and Portland and we were able to spend a lot of time together (thanks to the ice storm) but my mother in law said it best, "This is a perfect house and this memory will last a lifetime." Looking forward to our next stay in this house.
