AVILA BEACH ESCAPE ist eine gerÀumige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, nur 4 Minuten vom Strand, der Promenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine große Master-Suite und ein Bad mit Whirlpool und ebenerdiger Dusche, Tagesbett und TV. Die Master-Suite verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine private Terrasse mit Feuerstelle. Die Feuerstelle zu haben, nimmt gerade genug von dem abendlichen Strand, der die abendlichen Stunden auf der Terrasse ausdehnt.

Auf der zweiten Ebene befindet sich ein gerĂ€umiges, großes Zimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Queensize-Schlafsofa fĂŒr 6 Personen sowie 3 Barhockern. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett. Panoramafenster geben den Blick auf die Berge frei, und die Oberlichter und oberen Fenster bieten im Wohnbereich viel natĂŒrliches Licht.

Neben dem Wohnzimmer und der KĂŒche befindet sich ein Balkon mit einem Propangrill, auf dem Sie nach einem Tag in der Sonne oder auf dem nahe gelegenen Golfplatz Avila Ihren Geschmack aufpeppen können. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin und einen großen Fernseher. Die KĂŒche verfĂŒgt ĂŒber DesignergerĂ€te und ist groß genug, damit zwei Köche den Raum teilen können, wĂ€hrend sich die GĂ€ste auf der Granitinsel versammeln.

Great Property Walking Distance to Avila Beach

Good stay overall. The unit was as advertised. It's in a great location just a few blocks from the beach. Parking in the garage was easy, the rooms were comfortable, and the host made it easy for us. We stayed with two adults and one baby. We could comfortably accommodate another two people. We would stay again.

Charming Beach Townhome

Beautiful condo with a great location to the beach and boadwalk. Unit was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. However, the windows in the upstairs unit would not open and the property manager ingnored the request and video evidencing we could not open the windows. The room was very warm and stuffy from the afternoon sun.

Our Avila Beach weekend was lovely in every way. The condo is beautifully appointed with beach themed highlights inc dish-ware, towels and interesting Avila photo-Art work. Communication with the property managers was effortless. We were provided explicit details that made access and check out easy. The patios were delightful after a day of challenging rowing. Our group participated in the Avila Beach Outrigger Expo—rowing 13 miles around Pecho Rock! The condo was a perfect place to rest and recover. Avila is a charming place, and this condo— within walking distance to the Avila Beach and Pier—made the weekend especially memorable . We’ll be back.

Great place to stay!

Enjoyed staying at this property again. Nicely situated in Avila Beach, with easy access to beach, hiking, and restaurants. Two off-street parking spots (one in garage) was very convenient. If it’s unusually hot, the upstairs can get warm; but never uncomfortable. Will look to book again soon! Thanks.

Refreshing time in Avila

This was the perfect place for us, an easy walk to coffee shops, a little market, and the beach! We enjoyed dinner at the Custom House and Fat Cat’s. There is a step down from the garage entry that one should be mindful of. We didn’t use the outside seating areas, but they were very inviting and just as pictured. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you!

Terri was quick to respond and nothing was left out regarding what we needed to know about our stay.As a family, we highly recommend the Avila Beach Escape house for a family looking for a long beach weekend.

Clean, centrally-located and modern condo in Avila Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent customer service leading up to arrival. Wonderful location, close to everything in town including dining, beach, park and bike trail. Home was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Views from all windows weren’t spectacular but that didn’t take away from our wonderful time in this unit or this beachside community.
