Spacious apartment in the heart of the Dolomites, ideal for families and groups

Our house is designed for a large family, with spacious and cosy rooms, furniture crafted by local artisans, and a functional kitchen equipped with everything you need. The two double bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom; one of them also has a baby cot. The third bedroom has four single beds, but if required, two can be joined to form a third double bed. In the kitchen, you’ll find an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and both moka pots and filter coffee makers. The flat is situated on the second and top floor of a small block of flats, which has a large garden. Access is convenient, directly onto a quiet side street, and there is ample free parking right opposite. However, as there is no lift or stairlift, the flat is not accessible to those with mobility issues. Due to the nature of the property, we are unable to accommodate pets. Caprile is situated at an altitude of 1,000 metres, 4 km from the Alleghe ski area and 8 km from Malga Ciapela and the Marmolada ski lifts, as well as a very popular climbing wall. It is a key hub for reaching the main resorts in the Dolomites. The village offers all the necessary amenities (supermarket, post office, chemist’s, out-of-hours GP service, bank, pizzerias and restaurants), as well as a children’s playground and a freely accessible barbecue area.
