As one of the oldest buildings in Küçükköy, the house was carefully restored approximately 12 years ago, preserving its original architectural character while thoughtfully adapting it for modern comfort. Every corner reflects the unique identity of the building and its rich artistic history.

Inside, you'll discover an impressive collection of original paintings created by the resident artist. Many of these works have received national and international awards, making the house feel like a private gallery rather than a traditional holiday home. Guests are welcome to admire the collection throughout their stay, and if a particular artwork captures your heart, selected pieces are also available for purchase.

One of the home's signature features is its custom-designed kitchen bar, handcrafted as a unique artistic centerpiece that perfectly complements the creative atmosphere of the house.

Another remarkable detail is the collection of 14 original historic wooden doors, all carefully preserved during the restoration. Each door carries its own story and contributes to the authentic character that makes this property truly one of a kind.

With four bedrooms (4+1 layout) and spacious communal areas, the house comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, artists, creatives, or anyone seeking an inspiring retreat.

Sleeping Arrangements
Ground Floor: A spacious open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen welcome you upon arrival. Just beyond the living area, you'll find a charming private courtyard featuring a traditional stone fountain, creating a peaceful outdoor retreat. At the rear of the courtyard is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. A shared WC is also located on this floor.
First Floor: A cozy mezzanine level with a double bed overlooks part of the living space, adding a unique architectural touch.
Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a single bed and its own en-suite bathroom, as well as another en-suite bedroom featuring two single beds.
The comfortable sofa in the living room allows the house to accommodate a total of eight guests.
Rooftop Terrace: The top floor opens onto a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Küçükköy, relax under the open sky, and unwind after a day of exploring.
