The thoughtfully arranged sleeping accommodation provides flexibility for a variety of group sizes and family combinations. There are two elegant four-poster king-size bedrooms that add a touch of luxury to your stay, alongside a comfortable double bedroom. A spacious mezzanine family room features three single beds, perfect for children or friends sharing, while an adjoining room offers a triple bunk with a double bed below and a single above, creating an excellent family-friendly layout. Whether you’re gathering after a day of exploring or enjoying a leisurely morning together. Please note that towels are not provided.

Set near the picturesque village of Llansannan, the farmhouse enjoys a peaceful location surrounded by rolling farmland, wooded valleys and the unspoilt landscapes of the Conwy countryside. Llansannan itself is a traditional Welsh village with a friendly atmosphere and provides a convenient base for discovering the wider region. Scenic walks and cycling routes begin almost from the doorstep, while the nearby Alwen Reservoir offers tranquil waterside paths and opportunities to spot local wildlife.

Venture a little further and you’ll find the market town of Denbigh with its impressive castle, the historic town of Conwy with its medieval walls and harbour, and the beautiful beaches of the North Wales coast, all within easy reach for memorable day trips. Snowdonia (Eryri) National Park is also close enough for those seeking mountain adventures, breathtaking viewpoints and countless walking trails.
