A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is held on your card in the same way hotels process a deposit at check-in. The hold is renewed every 5 days (as it cannot remain active for longer). Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. The waiver provides coverage of up to £250 for accidental damage during your stay.
