There is also direct access to the Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests can enjoy use of the bar and restaurant (golf is extra, but at a reduced rate). Nearby attractions which include The Big Sheep (3.5 miles) and The Milky Way (10.5 miles).

The reverse level accommodation offers three stylish bedrooms, one super-king-size and one king-size both with en-suite showers and bi-folding doors which lead out onto the rear garden, and one twin (which can be made up as a super-king-size) on request. All bedrooms have Smart TV's and the twin has a PlayStation 4. You will also find a contemporary family bathroom. A handy utility room completes the downstairs accommodation. Upstairs encompasses an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with bi-fold doors onto the balcony.
