From the kitchen, two steps up lead you into the inviting conservatory dining room, offering direct access to the garden. The living room reveals the cottage's true character, boasting original oak beams, an inglenook fireplace, and a wood burner. Relax on the comfy sofas, enjoy a night in front of the fire playing games, or catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The ground floor also features a convenient cloakroom. Upstairs, the broad landing leads to three charming bedrooms. The double bedroom showcases a very wonky original fireplace and crooked ceiling, with views of local 18th and 19th-century properties. The twin bedroom shares the same picturesque view, while the single bedroom, with its characterful sloping floor, offers views down the river Avon. Completing the first floor is a good-sized bathroom with a large shower and WC.
