This lovely property has been transformed by the current owners into a stylish retreat for friends and families visiting the seaside resort of Chapel St Leonards. There is a great mix of cafes, pubs and amusement arcades that are all close by. The beach is 200 metres from the property, perfect for families looking for a seaside break in the summer. The area is perfect for those looking for a more laid-back coastal holiday, yet with easy access to the livelier resorts of Ingoldmells (2 miles) and Skegness (5 miles). Ingoldmells is home to the popular Fantasy Island Theme Park, a great day out for families. The area surrounding Chapel St Leonard offers opportunities for nature lovers to explore coastal flora and fauna, with nearby nature reserves and conservation areas. The beautiful Anderby Creek Beach is just 3.5 miles away, a 4-mile stretch of beach with stunning views across the Lincolnshire coast.
After a busy day exploring the beautiful coastline, make your way back to your holiday home which has been designed with total comfort in mind. The property is all on one level and is ideal for families enjoying a holiday together. There are five bedrooms, comprising three doubles, one bunk room and a single bedroom, perfect for multigenerational families. You also have two spacious and stylish bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower and the other with a shower. The living space is all open plan and comprises the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen and dining area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The dining table extends out to accommodate your whole group so that you can enjoy a meal together. The lounge is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV with patio doors that lead onto the decking which has some further furniture so all of your group can enjoy time together.
Outside, you will find gardens to the front and rear, which are both fully enclosed, making this property a great choice for pet owners. The decking at the rear has outdoor furniture.
