STUNNING PROPERTY A STONES THROW FROM THE BEACH

This property has been upgraded, re-furbished and refurbished in May 2021. The tasteful and calming interior provides stylish accommodation and is a perfect family retreat to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and stunning coast. Set on a private road in the village of Sandilands and close to Sutton on Sea with its endless sandy beach.

This is the perfect base for discovering other coastal towns such as Skegness with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle, cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers there are numerous coastal and wold walks.

On entering this property there is there is an additional sunny snug, perfect for curling up with a good book. Stairs lead to the first floor. A well equipped spacious country style kitchen with Aga (not lit- feature only) within a feature brick surround, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, the dining/breakfast room area is located just off the kitchen which comfortably seats six with double opening doors onto the sunny patio/dining area. A further door off the kitchen leads to a stunning conservatory which provides ample seating and dining space and overlooks the private rear garden. The utility room benefits from a further electric oven, second fridge and washing machine. The large calming bright, light filled lounge features a lovely bay window filling the room with sunlight making this a nice airy room to relax in having comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a woodburner set into a feature brick fireplace with exposed timber beam above this room which is also perfect for cooler evenings to snuggle up and watch a film on the Large Smart TV. The ground floor shower room has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin set on a large vanity unit and WC. Stairs leading to the first floor with 2 king size bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom comprises of a large walk in shower, wash hand basin set in a vanity unit and WC.

Outside: Landscaped gardens surround the property with a table and seating area in addition to a BBQ area.
