With lots to explore at the property itself, there is a great games room, BBQ area and walks around the farm itself all on offer, as well as great days out nearby. Sitting just 2 miles away, there is a fabulous wetland to be found at Idle Valley Nature Reserve, or for an adventure of a different type, Yorkshire Wildlife Park is just over 10 miles away, with over 70 acres to explore and lots of animals to meet. Sundown Adventure Land is just over 13 miles away, and perfect for under 10s. Or why not try your hand at Bawtry Paintball and Laser Fields (7 miles), voted the best paintball venue for 5 years running!

Walking into the property, you are met with lovely beamed ceilings and an open and light space. Perfectly proportioned, with a kitchen and dining room, great for those romantic meals together. There is also plenty of soft seating in the living room, meaning you can snuggle up and relax, read a book or watch the Smart TV and reminisce about your day's adventure. The bedroom with en-suite offers versatile and comfy sleeping, with either a king size bed or twin room option.

Outside you can enjoy bistro style dining on your own enclosed patio and there is a large, grassed area to the side of the property, where you can BBQ or play games in the shared area. There is a wonderful shared games room, with many books, board games, table tennis and a full sized snooker table. You could get lost in there for hours.
