Contemporarily styled throughout, and 1 of 4 properties, this superb holiday home has its own enclosed rear and side courtyard with access directly out onto a large field, ideal for exercising your four-legged friend. It also has superb countryside views over Codden Hill where you can walk or cycle. Sitting on the outskirts of Barnstaple (5 miles) where you can find shops, pubs and restaurants. The coastal town of Instow is 8 miles away and offers a dog-friendly estuary beach and, in summer, you can catch a passenger ferry across to Appledore. Enjoy a day at RHS Rosemoor (14 miles) with 65 acres of woodland and gardens. Keen walkers will love the South West Coast Path or a 9-mile drive takes you to Exmoor National Park with magical moorlands and woodlands to explore.

Step across a small bridge over a pretty man-made stream and head to the property's front door which leads into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a well-equipped light and airy space. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chairs, and a Smart TV, perfect for cosying up and watching a favourite movie with friends and family on cooler evenings. The kitchen area is a great space to entertain and try out new recipes with the well-equipped space including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one king-size and one zip-and-link 2'6" twin (which can be made into a king-size on request at the time of booking). The family shower room has a large walk-in shower enclosure and WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed rear and side courtyard with seating and a gate leading directly out onto the exercise field. Enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the scenic countryside. The property has the benefit of shared gardens and a fishpond (children and pets must be supervised). The shared gazebo has tables and chairs and lighting.
