The area is famous for fishing and walking and most other outdoor pursuits you can imagine. Make your way around Cromarty Firth or head for a jaunt to Inverness, 27 miles away. Explore the shops or journey east to the beautiful Cawdor Castle, the 14th-century fort that may have inspired Macbeth.
Enter into the cottage to see the intentional design at work. The living space curls around, bringing the light from the great outdoors through the sitting area, dining space and kitchen. Snuggle up beside the TV with a view, or rustle up a family feast and enjoy a planning session at the sweet table. Natural colours and wood details connect the whole space and lead into the peaceful double bedroom downstairs, with French doors heading out to the patio, so you can wake up and enjoy the fresh highland air straight away. Next door, a modern shower in the family bathroom provides the perfect wake up. The twin bedroom is upstairs and access is via stairs in the lounge.
Outside, the cottage's patio wraps around the property, with a large private enclosed garden ground for your pups to run freely. It's a beautiful place to take an al fresco supper or your morning coffee and dream about the day to come.
