On the ground floor, there is the very spacious and attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wooden flooring throughout. The addition of a wood burner to this room gives it a warm and cosy atmosphere making this the ideal space for entertaining friends and family. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also, on this floor is one spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath and WC.
