If you prefer to keep your feet dry, then hike up Ullapool Hill for wonderful views across the village and Loch Broom or if you have a head for heights then try the more challenging climb up Stac Pollaidh (14 miles). Nestled beneath Stac Pollaidh is the Inverpolly National Nature Reserve where you can see pine martens, buzzards and golden eagles.
