If you’re up for making a splash, hire kayaks, jump in for a swim or try your hand at fishing, or take a picnic and enjoy some family time. If you fancy a night off from the kitchen, make the 3-mile journey to Penrith where you will find a host of pubs, local cafes, and restaurants.
Walking into the property, you will find yourself in the hallway where there is a handy utility room and bathroom to your left – ideal if you have been out walking or biking, to get cleaned up! The well-equipped kitchen is to your right and has everything you will need to make a hearty breakfast or a tasty evening meal after your day out exploring. Straight ahead down the hallway is the spacious lounge overlooking the garden, with a dining area that opens to the conservatory with views across the beautifully kept enclosed garden. The conservatory offers a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, read a book, reflect, relax and listen to the birds. Head up to the first floor from the hallway, where you will find the second bathroom which has plenty of storage for all your toiletries. There are three pretty bedrooms: a king-size, a twin, and a single.
At the rear of the property, accessed from the kitchen and conservatory, you will find the well-tended garden with lawn and patio, with seating to enjoy al fresco dining on a fine evening. The garden is a real suntrap and is a great place to relax after a busy day.
