Situated next to the family farm, this former farm building has been converted into a wonderful single-storey cottage which is great for families and friends wishing to explore the local area. Nestled in the countryside, this cottage enjoys a truly scenic setting. Rising beyond the fields, the mountains provide a dramatic backdrop, adding a sense of space and adventure to the landscape. Their slopes invite hiking, wildlife spotting, and breathtaking viewpoints over the land. Just 16 miles away is the town of Aberaeron, a charming coastal town and a popular tourist attraction on the west coast of Wales, known for its Georgian harbour front and relaxed seaside atmosphere. The coast offers sweeping sea views, fresh sea air, and peaceful beaches ideal for walks especially the coastal path, swimming, dolphin watching and watching the changing tides. The sandy beaches found on the coast include New Quay, Llangrannog and Tresaith. Inland, the surrounding countryside unfolds into rolling fields, quiet lanes, and traditional villages, perfect for exploring.

Arrive at this single-storey barn with all your creature comforts. Walk into the kitchen/lounge with plenty of space for your outdoor attire. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen area is well-equipped with all you need to rustle up a meal, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. When it is time to eat, walk through to the conservatory with the dining table taking centre stage and enjoy family time together. Go through to the lounge area and relax on the large corner sofa whilst watching your favourite programme or film on the Smart TV. When ready for bed, choose from one of three bedrooms: two doubles or the twin room, all with lovely views to wake up to. Enjoy a leisurely start to the day in one of the two stylish shower rooms, complete with a shower and WC.

To the front of the property is the raised deck with a hot tub, as well as a paved patio which looks over the surrounding fields with a table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ, allowing guests to make the most of the weather. There is also parking for three cars. This is one of three properties available within the complex.
