For evening entertainment, visit the Embassy Theatre, or enjoy a music evening in a local pub. The beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds and the Lincolnshire Aviation and Heritage Centre are also within easy reach. If you’re looking for traditional seaside fun, visit Skegness with attractions and amusements, just a short drive away, as are Gibralter Point, the seal sanctuary and stunning beaches at Anderby Creek.
You enter this wonderfully presented and newly renovated bungalow by 2020 via the side door into the hallway which leads off to the living areas and bedrooms. The lounge is spacious has a very modern feel to it, the lounge area has a large comfortable sofa and two sofa chairs providing the perfect spot to watch your favourite shows from on the Smart TV. If you would like to dine in then there is plenty of space for friends and family at the dining table which has six chairs with more available to use should you wish. The kitchen diner area is equipped with an electric oven and hob range cooker , microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading through to the four bedrooms, the first is a double, the second is a single room and then there are two further double rooms. There are two bathrooms, one with bath, separate shower and WC and the other is a shower room with shower and WC. This spacious property also benefits from a second lounge area toward the back of the property which has a sofa and another Smart TV, bifold and French doors lead to the garden. Along with it’s own kitchen facilities including an electric hob and a fridge with ice compartment, so even more places to store your food drink and ice cubes for your cocktails.
The immaculate garden area is enclosed and consists of patio and lawn along with a table and chairs for up to seven guests so you can enjoy some al fresco dining whist taking in the sea breeze. There is off-road parking for two cars.
