A little further afield the traditional market town of Kingsbridge sits at the head of the many creeked Kingsbridge Estuary (boat trips), and plays host to a number of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, art galleries and antique shops. Further afield sensational Salcombe at the mouth of the Kingsbridge estuary with its many cove beaches and boutique shops is worth a visit.
