While the rural setting offers peaceful seclusion, we recommend having a car to fully enjoy the scenic Chiltern Hills and local market towns at your own pace. If you are arriving from an airport, London Heathrow is the closest major international hub, typically reachable within an hour by car depending on traffic.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check in time is from 15:00 and check out is required by 11:00. We kindly ask that you respect our house rules, which include a strict no smoking policy and a prohibition on hosting events or parties. As this is a quiet residential area, we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment. The minimum age for the primary booker is 25 years old. Please be advised that pets are not permitted at this property.
