The bright open-plan living area combines a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable lounge. Prepare your favourite meals using the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and other essential appliances before settling into the cosy seating area to unwind with a movie or your favourite TV show.

The apartment features two inviting bedrooms designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a cosy armchair—perfect for relaxing with a book after a day of exploring. The second bedroom includes two single beds and shares the same warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Outside, you'll discover a private garden that serves as a peaceful retreat. Surrounded by greenery and furnished with comfortable wooden seating, this charming courtyard is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon break, or a relaxing evening under the stars.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have exclusive access to the ground floor apartment and its private garden. Enjoy the entire living space, including both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the courtyard.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

A charming and comfortable apartment in Horta, on the beautiful island of Faial in the Azores, ideally located for exploring one of the archipelago’s most scenic destinations. Guests can easily visit the vibrant Horta Marina, famous for its colorful sailors’ murals, stroll along the waterfront, and enjoy the town’s cafés, restaurants, and local shops.

Nature lovers can discover the breathtaking Caldeira do Faial, the dramatic volcanic landscape of Capelinhos Volcano Interpretation Centre, and enjoy unforgettable whale and dolphin watching excursions. The island also offers excellent hiking trails, stunning coastal viewpoints, and easy ferry connections to Pico Island.

It’s the perfect base for experiencing the natural beauty, maritime heritage, and unique atmosphere of the Azores.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop is just a 2–3 minute walk from the property, with regular connections throughout Horta and to other parts of Faial Island.

As Faial Island does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car, taxi, and public buses.

Horta Airport (HOR) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
