Diese neue Eigenschaft zu Homeaway und VRBO war eine sehr populäre Mieteigenschaft, die vorher mit einer lokalen Ferienmietfirma aufgeführt wurde. Unser Haus ist historisch fast ein Jahr im Voraus ausgebucht und wurde an 300 Tagen im Jahr wegen seiner Beliebtheit und perfekten Strandlage gemietet. Sie haben jetzt die Möglichkeit, bei Buchungen als Erster an der Reihe zu sein, da wir das Eigentum übernommen und die Immobilie persönlich verwaltet haben. Bayshore in Waldport, Oregon ist bekannt für seinen langen Strand und seine Häuser, die direkt auf dem Sand liegen. Dieses Haus hat einen spektakulären Meerblick von allen Schlafzimmern, Hauptraum und sogar die Master-Dusche. Genießen Sie das offene Konzept der Hauptebene mit wunderschön eingerichteter Küche und Esszimmer. Es gibt 6 Flachbild-Fernseher durch das Haus mit dem Wohnzimmer im Wohnzimmer ist ein 70 Zoll. Es gibt auch Sonos-Lautsprecher im Wohnzimmer, um Ihre Lieblingsmusik zu streamen.

Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, Master mit Kingsize-Bett auf der Hauptebene, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Betten im Obergeschoss eines hat ein angrenzendes Badezimmer. Das große Bonuszimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und zwei ausklappbare Doppelmatratzen. Es gibt auch Queen-Size-Luftmatratzen, so dass insgesamt 10 bequem schlafen können. Der Bonusraum hat viele Spielsachen und Spiele für Kinder, um sie zu beschäftigen. Wenn Sie vom Strand kommen, gibt es einen schönen Waschraum, in dem Sie Ihre Ausrüstung aufbewahren können. A Wonderful Retreat!

This is a great home to get away! The home is very well furnished and the kitchen is stocked with an amazing assortment of appliances and utensils. Even a good supply of locally roasted coffee. And the kids room has enough toys to keep them entertained for days.

Lovely Stay in the Dunes

We are two senior citizens & one adult celebrating two family milestones with a getaway to the Oregon coast. Waldport was not new to us but a home on the sand dunes was. It was a surprise to find sand covering the porch & piled like snow alongside the driveway, sifting into the garage & any opening it could find, & to see the neighbors shoveling sand from their driveways & patios as part of their routine. But the shock turned to fascination as we enjoyed the view to the ocean across the dunes, watched the shifting sands & patterns created by the wind & views from each side of the house to Alsea Bridge on one side and the Pacific ocean on the other. The home is bright,with light & views. The sound of the ocean & comfortable beds gave us restorative rest from walks through the dunes, visiting Newport, Waldport, Yachats & a dune buggy tour of the dunes at Florence. Loved the dunes! Our host has seen to every comfort in decorating & outfitting the home. We loved there were two master bedrooms with privacy & ocean views. The house was larger than we needed but it worked perfectly for our small family celebration, with a fireplace & the comforts of home. We appreciated the abundance of towels, even magnifying mirror in the master, comforting throws on the chairs and couch, a well equipped kitchen including new appliances & supplies including spices, foil, saran wrap, paper towels, etc to make things easy & puzzles & games. We were there 11 nights and loved our stay!

Best house we’ve stayed in!

We’ve been going to Waldport for many years and this is definitely the nicest house we’ve stayed in! Every bedroom (except the bonus room) has an amazing view and the 8 year old in our group absolutely loved the bonus room! The one suggestion we had would be installing blinds or a curtain in the bonus room for those sleeping in there.

Even more spacious than it looks in pictures!

What a beautiful home with the most beautiful views of the ocean! I found it was even more spacious than it looked in pictures. As others have said, there was not much to want b/c they provided so much. We were there for 5 days with some family and I only wish we had a few more days. It was comfortable, clean & we felt right at home! Host was helpful and easy to work with as well. Would love to rent again if we get back to the Oregon coast!

Amazing Experience

This home sits right in the dunes with amazing views of the beach and sunset. We traveled with our kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the playroom and large toy box of outdoor toys. We spent a lot of time exploring on the beach and saw seals lounging on the sand! The kitchen is well stocked, beds very comfortable, and home in general is beautiful. A house on the sand

The house is very well stocked with whatever you might need for a visit to the beach. Open the back door and you’re on the sand. The views of the ocean are lovely, even from the downstairs shower! Comfortable spacious king suites and a children’s room loaded with toys makes it perfect for a family reunion.

Excellent!

The property itself is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Views of the bay and/or the ocean from nearly every room of the house. The host had the house stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved being able to watch our youngest play in the sand while the adults lounged in the living room area. Plenty of room for our party of 8 without ever feeling crowded. Hoping we can find time to come back again soon!

Beautiful home on the beach

Beautiful and well appointed home. Well maintained and stocked with lots of thoughtful extras. We didn’t have any small children staying on our trip but there were lots of toys and games for little ones. There is no air conditioning and the owner has most windows disabled from opening due to how much sand blows in. Understandable, but could be an issue for warmer months. It’s normally pretty cool at the Oregon coast. The downstairs bedroom was a but warm for us, but otherwise wasn’t too much of a problem. The view of the ocean is spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend with my parents, daughter and grand kids and it was wonderful. The main level primary suite was great for my aging parents so that they did not have to navigate stairs regularly and the upstairs bedrooms were large and comfortable with a 2nd suite upstairs. The house is well built with a great layout, quiet and has great views from every window. The beach is exceptional and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. We have stayed at several VRBO's and this was one of the best, if not the best, we have rented. The appliances are top of the line and the unit is well appointed with everything you would need including a great selection of toys for kids of all ages. All the place settings match and there seemed to be double what you would have ordinarily expected. Additionally, Marilyn was very communicative and went out of her way to help us out with some schedule conflicts we had. I would highly recommend this place even if it costs a little more than others you are comparing. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful location, beautiful home

Gorgeous location -- when it was drizzly and cold, we curled up in comfy chairs and a couch and watched the waves, with the gas fireplace on. When it was dry, we walked straight out through the dunes and then down to the beach. The whole house was super clean and well stocked with kitchenware, games, puzzles, beach chairs, towels, and even a kite. When we had questions, the property manager got back to us promptly. The only quibble we had was that the bathrooms didn't have window coverings, and the bedroom shades were semi-transparent tightly woven mesh (blocking sun glare, but still allowing shapes to be seen inside if it was dark outside and light inside). It would probably be impossible for someone walking in the dunes to look up and see anything, but we still felt a little uncomfortable. I used the bathtub with a closed shower curtain as a changing room, and that worked fine. Everything else was outstanding. There were five adults in our party (two couples upstairs and one elder in the downstairs master bedroom). We all loved our stay at this property, and hope to return in the future. Wonderful house for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Waldport house. First of all, the house itself is wonderful. It's very large and spacious - two masters bedrooms with ensuite bath, one on the first floor and one on the second. In addition, there's a queen bed and a kids' room with two twin beds. There's a large comfortable living area and a spacious kitchen. In addition, for any family with kids, there are tons of toys, from games and puzzles to dinosaurs and barbies to sand toys. We had bad luck with weather, so we really appreciated all the toys to keep our kids busy while it rained outside. The house location is great as well. The house is right on the sand, and we enjoyed letting our 2-year-old and her sisters play on the sand right outside the door while we sat watching her in the living room. The ocean is clearly visible and a short walk away with the bay on the other side of the house. While I wouldn't want to *live* somewhere with that much sand, it was great for vacation. The house was perfectly clean and maintenance issues were minor. The only thing is that the grill was not really safely useable. The house is exposed, so we were battered by a storm our first night. The noise of the wind made it difficult to sleep. This is life on the coast, but keep it in mind if coming in the off season. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Oceanfront Home great for big families

My family came together from 3 states to spend 10 days at this lovely oceanfront home. It was well worth it and we will be back another visit. There is an enormous master suite on the main floor, which includes a terrific walk-in shower with two shower heads. An additional half-bath on the main floor so your guests don't have to walk upstairs is nice. The utility room off the garage has updated machines and a deep utility sink which all worked well. The open kitchen/living/dining area was spacious and had amazing views from the bay side all around to the ocean side. There is plenty of room for 6 at the big table and 3 more at the bar if you all eat together. The chairs have backs but are tall like a stool, a little harder for elderly folks to get up and down, but since there was also a card table to folding chairs, we had plenty of room for everyone. I especially loved the built-in hooks and cubbies for storing jackets and sandy shoes near the back door. Speaking of the back door, it is not my favorite, Was hard to seal and keep the sand outside, but was so nice to have the second exit that we got used to it. The fireplace with a timer switch was terrific and it heated the common areas really well. A slightly less-grand master suite upstairs with a walk in shower, has excellent views on both sides of the house. There is another bedroom upstairs and a full bath off the hall as well as a huge rec room with air hockey, basketball hoops, playhouse a fold-out sofa and two single futon chairs. The kids were all able to bunk in this room and it was perfect for them, but the beds aren't so comfy for adults. There were plenty of extra linens and blankets in the many hall cupboards, which was a good thing since the upstairs never seemed to get much heat from the furnace. No big deal for our family, but not too warm upstairs. Garage had room to park one vehicle which was good because we got to experience a huge winter storm during our visit. Be warned that while the house is easily accessible for elderly or limited mobility visitors, the driveway is super steep, and if there is a big storm, the driveway will likely be covered by a sand dune from the winds. We had to call for someone to come plow the driveway so we could get out, but the owner was very responsive and we were out in no time. Having the ocean on our doorstep was amazing. Being able to have great views and easy access was perfect for our group. We can't wait to visit again!

Relaxing in the Dunes

The house was as described. Fantastic ocean views, lots or larger windows! Marilyn is a wonderful host with immediate responses to our questions or concerns. When we arrived at the house, I couldn't open the front door key holder for a key with the code. There was not a house key, so all access was through the garage door instead. It was an error on my end that I missed the code provided was for the garage door keypad instead. We did have a slight issue with gnats and heard it was occurring much more locally. The location on the sand dunes was amazing. If you are used to sitting in front of a computer, all day like me you will find you'll get your heart going a little bit as you walk through the dunes to the open beach and ocean to then walk casually either north, south or both multiple times a day. You can see the local fishing boats from the house or head south on the beach to watch them up close every day. They were either crabbing or fishing for salmon. Enjoyed watching the seals feeding daily in the surf as well. We did the touristy things of visiting the Yaquina lighthouses, Seal Rock, various things in Newport as well as going south of Waldport for additional sight-seeing. From Georgies restaurant in Newport we saw several whale spouts out on the ocean during brunch one day. Grand Central Pizza in Waldport had the best gluten free crust - tried the Brunos special. The house is a great centralize location with spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, plenty of dishes, utensils and well stocked kitchen. It was a much-needed relaxing week and would do it again without hesitation!

Perfect Property for Our stay in Bayshore

All in our group were very impressed with the property, even our four-year-old grandson, having the sand just outside the back door got his attention immediately. The view was spectacular. We will rent this property on our next trip to Bayshore.

Beautiful home, great stretch of beach!

We had a wonderful time here. The proximity to the beach is amazing, house was great, spacious and clean. We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic Location

Great location, wonderful furnishings and well stocked kitchen. We had a great stay and would certainly stay in this property again.
