Step inside this magnificent property and discover a fantastic hall with stained glass window, open fire and doors that lead into a variety of spacious, wood paneled feature rooms perfect for socializing and entertaining. Spend an afternoon reading a book in the library/study with wood burning stove, TV, Internet and Wi-Fi. A drawing room with comfortable seating and wood burning stove offers incredible views over the garden and River Findhorn. The dining room, with a traditional Norwegian wood burning stove and lovely southerly views, comfortably seats 18 people - maximum party size including children and infants. Make use of the billiard room with snooker table, open fire and quirky décor. The well-equipped modern kitchen with an Aga includes a dining table that seats six. Find a self-contained annexe with double bedroom and bathroom and a staircase leading to two twin bedrooms, both with hand basins.
Climb the grand staircase and choose from one of many bedrooms on the first floor including: suite with large double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom; master bedroom with bathroom; small double four poster bedroom with bathroom; suite of twin bedroom leading through; single bedroom to bathroom. The second floor contains a further four bedrooms: two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, one with a basin in the turret. Two bathrooms and a separate WC are also on this floor.
Outside, the private gardens are bursting with beautiful greenery, trees, shrubs and decorative water features. The entire estate stretches to 1800 acres with plenty of woodlands for guests to explore. Sporty types will revel in the all-weather tennis court and fishing is also available on the River Findhorn immediately below the house.
