Enjoy a relaxed coastal break alone or with your partner at this welcoming cottage just outside Bude (1.5 miles). It makes an idyllic base for discovering Cornwall’s north coast with your four-legged friend in tow. You can stroll or drive into Bude, which is filled with excellent shops, cafes and restaurants. Bude’s beaches are renowned for their golden sands and dependable waves, drawing surfers of all abilities, and its tidal sea pool is fab for a refreshing dip. Keen walkers are spoilt for choice with a network of footpaths and bridleways weaving through the surrounding countryside and linking up with spectacular coastal routes. Further afield, day trips to Boscastle (13 miles) and Tintagel (17 miles) offer dramatic scenery, historic charm and legendary Cornish landmarks.


Step inside to a bright, open-plan living space featuring a well-equipped kitchen and dining table for four. The soothing decor showcases plenty of wood and natural materials, along with an elegant blue colour scheme. After a day outdoors, it feels great to sink into the cushioned sofas in the sitting area and unwind with your favourite programme on the TV. The nautical-themed double bedroom promises restful nights, with its own TV for slow mornings before heading out again. A contemporary shower room with a spacious walk-in shower completes the inside space.


Outside, the cottage has its own private area with a lawn, patio furniture and a BBQ for dining in the sunshine. There is also a shared communal lawn and a dedicated outdoor play area. Off-road parking for one car is provided, and a farm track running around the grounds gives you a convenient route for morning dog walks. Guests also have access to shared on-site facilities, including a laundry room and a creative shell studio where you can book paid sessions during your stay.

- Fire pits available for up to 8 people on each - £10 charge for logs

- Travel cot and high chair available upon request

- On-site shell studio: sessions are up to 2 hours long, and items can be made from £5

- Off-road parking for 1 car

- Essentials shop on site, 24 hour shell deli 1mile, pub 1.1 miles and beach 1.8 miles

- Please note – dogs should be kept on leads while outside the cottage and within the grounds. For dog walking, a suitable farm track surrounds the ground
