Die schöne Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Atlantik und der Intercoastal Waterway in Saint Augustine. Einfacher Zugang zum Strand. Sehr privat und selten überfüllt. Beobachten Sie die Delfine beim Spielen an Land oder entspannen Sie mit den Kindern am Pool, bevor Sie durch die Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen der Altstadt schlendern und die historische Atmosphäre der Innenstadt und alles, was sie zu bieten hat, genießen. Es gibt viel Platz zum Ausstrecken und Entspannen! Die Wohnung ging in neuem Besitz über und präsentiert nun: eine brandneue Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und allen neuen Edelstahlgeräten; Neue Queen- und Twin-Betten mit neuen Matratzen und Betten im Gästezimmer, neue Matratzenauflage und Betten für die Master-Suite, großer 55-Zoll-Wand-TV in einem großen Raum mit Blue Ray, neue TVs für beide Schlafzimmer und frische Farben im gesamten Gebäude. Wir bieten auch ein Teleskop und ein Fernglas für die Beobachtung von Walen oder Delfinen an. Kabel-TV, WLAN und mehrere USB-Anschlüsse zum Aufladen Ihrer Geräte sind ebenfalls enthalten.

Machen Sie eine kurze Fahrt in Richtung Süden, und Sie erhalten einen Tag in Marineland. Wenn Sie in den Sommermonaten hier sind, gönnen Sie den Kindern eine Woche im Marineland Summer Camp, die durch einen Tag mit ihren Delfinen geschwächt wird! Weiter südlich liegen Washington Oaks State Park, Flagler Beach und Daytona! Nördlich der Wohnung befinden sich die Altstadt, der berühmte Saint Augustine Lighthouse und die Alligator Farm! Lovely condo with a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony furniture has been upgraded so it is better than what is pictured. The decor is a mix of Old World Florida meets updated Coastal. The kitchen is lovely and fully equipped. The living room was well appointed with everything you need but the couch wasn't very comfortable since it is a sleeper couch. That cant really be helped. The dining room and main bedroom are decorated in the Old World Florida scheme with the bathroom being a more updated coastal vibe. The main shower/bath area is huge and very pretty. The main king bed was a little firm for me but people who prefer a firm bed would enjoy it. Having balcony doors in the bedroom is very nice because the balcony is huge. The location cannot be beat because Crescent Beach is one of the best areas to be and the island is very narrow there giving wonderful views of both the Atlantic and the Intracoastal waterway. It is apparent that the owners are very invested in keeping this a very nice condo.

Great 2 bedroom condo on Crescent Beach

Staying in this Crescent Beach condo was an extremely pleasant experience. The condo is very spacious and has a large balcony. The living room has a relaxing sitting area with a top quality large screen TV. The kitchen has all amenities and is well supplied. The MBR is large and the bed is very comfortable. The MBR bath room is great, in particular the big walk-in shower. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting and dining on the balcony on the high quality furniture. Crescent Beach is a quiet beach and suitable for pleasant long walks. Our stay was fantastic and we will certainly be back

Spectacular Sunrises

My stay here was just what I needed to re-energize my body after having surgery at the Mayo Clinic.Waking up and watching the sun rise everyday was restorative.The views from the balconies were breathtaking.Walking the beautiful beach was my daily exercise.

Overall great but microwave needs replaced.

This place was great for our needs. Things we loved included the view/balcony, huge shower, comfortable beds and living room area, tvs. We were afraid to use the microwave because the coating on the inside was broken off and there was rust inside. However, overall we were happy here.

Lacking Property Management

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My unit was clean and nice. The rental agent was fine. But the property management was non-existent. My first week I had an infestation of insects on my deck which flew in every time I opened my door. One day the only pool on the property was infested with insects to the point of being unusable. There were workers in the unit beside me banging with hammers early in the morning and all day long. No one was managing parking so SUV’s were parking in compact car spaces and maneuvering through the garage was hard. All of these issues were reported and met with a deaf ear by the property management

Beautiful unit

Beautiful condo. Has everything you need . Enjoyed a great week . The view is wonderful, you can’t get any closer to the beach . My 89 year old dad loved sitting on the balcony. Had a few issues end of the week with elevator getting stuck . It was resolved. Would definitely stay there again. . Would recommend to owner to maybe replace coffee maker, didn’t keep coffee very hot, couldn’t get single ( keurig part to work) microwave worked , just worried it would blow up . ( made a loud noise) . Those were just minor. Most definitely will book again.

The condo was very clean but there were a number of maintenance issues that need attention such as adding screens on the two sliding doors and the blinds on both doors were in bad shape.Also note that the building’s elevator seemed to not work parts of many of the days we were there. It required walking 4 flights of stairs.

Loved it!

Beautiful view of the ocean, very attractive condo. One small problem was that the description said there was a DVD player. There was one there, not hooked up. I mentioned it to the property manager and he said he would take care of it, but didn’t.
