Nędzy Kubińca Street 51 | 42 m² | Butorowy Residence is a 42 m² apartment designed for up to four people. It's perfect for a family vacation, a romantic getaway for two, or a stay with friends. The interior has been designed to be functional, yet cozy, so every guest feels comfortable from the very first moment of their stay.



The Space:

The living room is bright and spacious, decorated in a mountain style with modern accents. It features a comfortable sofa bed and a TV, creating the perfect space to relax with a book or a cup of tea.



The living room opens onto a balcony, where you can relax with your morning coffee and admire the peaceful mountain surroundings.



The kitchenette is fully equipped and allows for comfortable meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to essential kitchen appliances such as a stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a full set of dishes and tableware. For added convenience, a welcome kit with coffee, tea, and basic spices has also been prepared.



The bedroom, equipped with a large and comfortable double bed, ensures a good night's sleep and complete relaxation after a day spent hiking. Subdued colors, soft textiles, and regional decorations create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.



The bathroom is functional and aesthetically pleasing, and includes a shower, allowing for a quick refreshment or a relaxing bath. Hotel towels and basic toiletries are provided.



Guest Access:

Parking spaces are available behind the building barrier. These are not assigned to the apartment, and availability is not guaranteed.



A fitness room, a children's playroom, and a common area with a TV and tables are available for guests' use. Use is included in the price.



Additionally, a sauna is available, open from 6:00 PM to midnight. Use of the sauna is subject to an additional fee – advance reservation and payment to the building security are required.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on Nędzy Kubińca Street in Kościelisko – in a quiet, mountainous area, away from crowds, yet close to Zakopane. It is an excellent base for mountain trails, walks, and winter and summer activities.



Numerous walking and scenic trails, regional restaurants, and shops are located nearby. Zakopane city center is just a few minutes' drive away, allowing you to enjoy the city's attractions without sacrificing peace and quiet and nature.
