At the heart of the home is a generous farmhouse-style kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with everything needed for relaxed family meals and memorable gatherings with friends. A separate utility room, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower and W/C, provides practical space. After a day exploring the coast, unwind in the comfortable lounge featuring plush sofas, easy chairs, a Smart TV and a traditional inglenook fireplace with wood-burning stove. Outside, guests can enjoy the fully enclosed lawned garden with a patio area, picnic table and garden seating – ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying a peaceful evening drink.



The cottage comfortably accommodates larger families and groups across five bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a family room with a king-size bed and single bed, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. A further staircase leads to the spacious attic bedroom, offering three single beds. Please note that the attic room features limited headroom in places.



Families with younger children will appreciate the adjacent playground, providing additional space for little ones to enjoy. This can also be accessed via the gate in the property's garden.



Aberdaron itself offers a wonderful selection of local amenities, including award-winning pubs serving food and refreshments, welcoming cafés and a popular fish and chip shop renowned for its locally caught seafood. For walkers and outdoor enthusiasts, the Wales Coast Path can be joined just moments from the doorstep, offering unforgettable coastal walks in both directions.
