Apartment A2 Villa Irena Poreč

Our cozy and fully equipped apartment is located in Poreč, on Ročka 2 Street.

It measures around 35 m² and is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a family house.

It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a bathroom, and a balcony furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying the peaceful view of our garden.
Additionally, the apartment includes a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi internet access.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets for your comfort.
Bed linens and towels are provided.

Guests are welcome to use everything provided in the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the space. A private parking spot is reserved for your car right in front of the house.

In the garden, there is a barbecue area with a table and benches that guests are welcome to use during their stay — perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

Both the parking area and the entire garden are secured by gates that open with remote controls, which will be provided upon arrival.

We don't live in the house, but we’re just 10 minutes away if you need anything during your stay – feel free to reach out at any time.

Your animal friends are very welcome in our apartment! We charge a small pet fee of €8 per day. Since we consider pets part of the family, we kindly ask that they are never left alone or unsupervised in the apartment.

Please note that the maximum occupancy is 2 guests, including both adults and children (regardless of age).

Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00 (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM), so please be respectful of our neighbors during this time.
