Prestigious communal entrance lobby with dedicated on-site concierge (Monday to Saturday daytimes). Private residents' hallways leading to the front door. Contemporary and stylish the apartment is open plan style with kitchen, dining, living and bedroom area and full height sliding doors to partition living and bedroom areas. Just a short distance is the cliff top and then two minutes walk to Alum Chine beach.



Fully fitted smart kitchen area including fridge, ceramic hob cooker, oven, integrated microwave. There is a separate washing and drying room in the basement of the apartment building, which can be used at guests cost. Beautifully furnished and comprehensively equipped throughout. Kingsize double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Ensuite bathroom -large walk-in wet room shower, sink and toilet.



Parking - No dedicated parking space with the property. The parking for this apartment is on street on Studland Road, which is on a first come first served basis.



Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Central heating. Hairdryer.



Technology - HD Television with Freeview facility, DVD Player, WIFI.



Kitchen - Cooker and Ceramic Hob, Fridge, Microwave. Washer/Drying facilities available on site. (To be able to use the laundry facilities, you must have the app. You can use Paypal/Apple Pay.)



Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.



Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
