There is a large Morrissons supermarket just across the road from the property, along with a coffee shop and other amenities. There is a wider range of shops, restaurants and bars just a 25-minute walk or a short drive away in central Leeds.



Getting Around:

Leeds train station is just a 25 minute walk or short taxi ride away. The city centre can also be easily reached on foot.



Other Things to Note:

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
