The bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. Upstairs, are two comfortable double-bedrooms for up to 4 guests. The delightful sunny garden has plenty of seating with a lounge set and double cocoon swing seat. A bistro set just outside the French doors to the garden is perfect for breakfast/coffee in the morning sun.

- No smoking or vaping indoors (Guests may smoke in the garden, but please dispose of waste responsibly)

- Use coasters, placemats, and wipe spills quickly to help preserve surfaces and furniture
- All rubbish and recycling should be disposed of in the appropriate bins provided
