This apartment is located within a listed Georgian townhouse dating back to 1830, full of character and historic charm. As with many period buildings, some areas of the interior communal spaces, such as the hallways and stairs, and parts of the exterior, are due for refurbishment.

We have plans in place to carry out renovation and improvement works, including repainting and new sash windows, during Spring/Summer 2026. These updates will enhance the building while preserving its heritage features.

We took over the property around a year and a half ago, and as with any historic building, improvements are being made carefully and in stages. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique character and atmosphere of this special home.
