The Villa No. 4 is a three-storey standing house designed with an open plan philosophy. It spreads on three levels included an attic having a total area of 100sqm, while it can accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and an elegantly furnished bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where two bedrooms and a bathroom open up in space. Moreover, a second staircase provides access to the stylus attic including a third bedroom.

The open plan living room, kitchen and dining area offer direct access to the covered terrace with the outdoor dining area and the private pool amidst lush greenery.

Private swimming pool create a sense of elegant luxury and a private lifestyle, essential elements for a comfortable and unforgettable summer vacation. This stunning scenery promises moments of relaxation and tranquility while it is ideal for relaxing throughout the day enjoying a quiet and dreamy holiday. Inside the Villa, all three bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed and offer direct access to balconies with relaxing views of the surrounding landscape. The Villa offers three (3) smart satellite Tvs, wireless internet, air conditioning in all rooms and spaces and a washing machine.
