The Space:

Welcome to Tina's House Pigadia, a spacious two-storey home with beautiful views over Pigadia, the Aegean Sea and the port.



Designed to accommodate up to five guests, the house is ideal for families, couples travelling together, or small groups who want plenty of space while remaining within walking distance of town and the beach.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to Tina's House, including both bedrooms, the main bathroom and powder room, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, private balconies, and outdoor terrace.



The home has its own private entrance and is entirely yours during your stay, giving you plenty of space and privacy to relax.



Please note that the property is arranged over multiple levels, with stairs leading from the entrance to the main living floor and upper level.



The Neighborhood:

Tina's House is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood within easy walking distance of Pigadia, the capital of Karpathos, and Afoti Beach.



Pigadia's restaurants, traditional tavernas, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, shops and waterfront promenade are approximately a 10–15 minute walk away. Afoti Beach is also around a 10–15 minute walk, making it easy to enjoy both the town and the sea without always needing a car.



From the neighbourhood, you'll enjoy views toward Pigadia, the sea and port while staying just outside the busiest part of town.



Pigadia is also an excellent base for exploring the rest of Karpathos, with easy access to the island's traditional villages, mountain routes, hiking trails and beautiful beaches.



Getting Around:

Tina's House is conveniently located for exploring Pigadia on foot. The town centre, harbour, restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets are approximately a 10–15 minute walk away, with Afoti Beach also around 10–15 minutes on foot.



A car is not essential for enjoying Pigadia, but we recommend renting one if you plan to explore Karpathos' villages, mountain scenery and beaches around the island.



Free public street parking is usually easy to find behind and around the property. The area is residential, and neighbours generally leave sufficient space for one another.



Please note that the neighbourhood is slightly elevated, and the property itself has stairs, so guests should be comfortable with some walking and steps.

Tina's House is located in a peaceful residential area, offering a quieter setting while remaining within easy walking distance of Pigadia and Afoti Beach.



Free public parking is available behind the building and on nearby streets. Spaces are not reserved but are generally easy to find.



Please note that the property is arranged over multiple levels and is accessed by stairs, with additional stairs inside the home. It may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



As the house is located in a residential neighbourhood, we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours, particularly during the evening and nighttime.
