A fully equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated living room, and dining room are located on the mezzanine floor of the villa. The kitchen contains all the necessary appliances for the carefree preparation of all gastronomic delicacies. The living room offers a large corner sofa and a smart TV with a Netflix option. The staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and TV in each room. On the second floor, there are 4 more bedrooms equally equipped. Three bedrooms have access to the balcony, one of which has a view of the pool and greenery, and the other two enjoy a sea view.

The basement hides a space for entertainment and relaxation. One room is equipped with modern fitness amenities, and the other part is intended for socializing and entertainment. The house is also perfect for all those who practice some of the "retreats" such as yoga and meditation.

The outdoor terrace is dominated by a spacious 50 m² swimming pool and a lounge area with comfortable cushions suitable for enjoying both during the day and in the evening. The heated swimming pool with an indoor pool, a sauna, an indoor jacuzzi, and underfloor heating throughout the villa makes Villa Miryam ideal for vacationing on colder days.
