There are 8 bedrooms, each with their own private en-suite shower room, storage and desk space, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen and open plan living space. Located in the Knowledge Quarter, close to Liverpool University and just 20 minutes walk to the city centre, this is the ideal base to make the most of Liverpool. Free on-site parking is available for guests.



The Space:

Set in repurposed student accommodation, our 8 bedroom apartments are perfect for families, larger groups of friends, or business trips. Each en-suite room sleeps two (¾ double bed) and is equipped with its own bathroom, and desk space. There's a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofas and a TV. There is high speed broadband throughout. A perfect pad for explorers on a budget, who want to make the most of the city and surrounding areas, whilst returning to a comfortable base at the end of the day!

Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to their own private 8 bedroom apartment.



Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into the building.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Knowledge Quarter, close to Liverpool University and just 20 minutes walk to the city centre, this is the ideal base to make the most of Liverpool. The city's attractions include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Chinatown - for a huge choice of authentic Asian cuisine, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks.



Getting Around:

As mentioned, the city centre is within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road. Liverpool Central and Liverpool Lime Street Train Stations are both less than 20 minutes walk or a short taxi/bus ride from the apartment.

We manage a number of apartments in this block, the unit presented represents our typical 8 bed apartment, however this layout may differ slightly.



Check in is between 3.00pm and 8.00pm

Check out is at 10.00am

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.



Late check-in fees:

For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.

For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.



If you lose the keycard provided upon check-in there will be a £20 charge to replace it.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
