Derby is the UK's most central city, a great place for a cultural break and a base to explore the nearby Peak District! A really friendly place, great value for money and very easy to get around. With a beautiful surrounding countryside, plenty of fun bars and pubs and loads of family friendly activities, Derby is the ideal city for people of any age. Why not take a look around the region's first whiskey distillery or go for a spooky ghost tour around Darley Abbey Village.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving by car - there is free parking on site. Central Derby, home to shops bars, restaurants and train station, is just a 10 minute drive away.

There are a handful of restaurants and supermarkets just 2 minutes walk from the property as well.



Other Things to Note:

We manage a number of apartments in the building, the unit presented represents our typical 1 bedroom apartment, however this layout may differ slightly.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.



For security reasons:



· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
