It is the ideal starting point for travelers, thanks to its proximity to the Ospedale Maggiore, the city’s main access points, and the renowned Via Emilia Ponente.



The apartment opens onto the living area, which features a sofa bed, dining table, and TV; the balcony is accessible from this area. Continuing through the apartment, you’ll find the fully equipped, separate kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with a single bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the apartment.
