The Space:

The living room is bright, open, and designed for comfort, featuring a calm Cycladic aesthetic with natural light, panoramic sea views, and a relaxing atmosphere. It offers a welcoming indoor space ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach, with air conditioning, Smart TV, and a cozy layout that connects seamlessly with the rest of the villa.



The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals at home. Guests will find modern appliances such as a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, cookware, and full dining essentials including plates, glasses, and utensils.



The villa features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160cm–200cm), air conditioning, wardrobes for storage, and natural light. Both bedrooms are designed to ensure a restful and private sleeping experience for up to 4 guests.



There is one modern bathroom with a clean, minimal design, featuring a walk-in shower. The bathroom includes all essentials such as shampoo, body wash, towels, and hot water (solar-powered heater), ensuring a comfortable stay. In addition, there is an extra outdoor WC located in the pool area for added convenience.



The property also offers a comfortable setup for remote work, with reliable Wi-Fi and quiet indoor and outdoor areas suitable for laptop use, allowing guests to stay connected while enjoying the island atmosphere.
