The resort & surrounding grounds were beautiful. Good location and friendly staff. That’s where the positives end. The apartment was disgustingly dirty. Worktops, chairs & floors had crumbs all over. All surfaces were dusty. The kitchen cutlery & cookware were dirty and smelly. There were hairs in the sinks. Bear wires coming out of one of the bedroom ceilings (no light). A dirty sock in the corner of the lounge from previous guest. Outside furniture was covered in cobwebs. Not enough towels for six people. Double sofa bed not made on arrival & only supplied a single bed sheet! Wifi didn’t work at all which was annoying as there is no mobile signal due to remote area. No hot water & low water pressure on the first two days of our stay, we had cold showers! Nails and picture hooks left loose on the side (unsafe for young children!) The listing stated an iron is supplied but its not (we had to buy one from the supermarket). The listing also stated that we had access to the residence swimming pool but the Hotel pool & SPA was a payable extra. That’s incorrect everything is a payable extra – we had to pay 20 Euro per person per day to use the residence pool. The Agency - Host4U was not interested in helping with any of these issues, they either didn’t respond or denied everything even when sending them pictures and videos. Travelled all over Italy and never stayed anywhere with such poor service and dirty accommodation! Such a shame because the apartment has great potential!
