Welcome to Verven Panorama — a modern waterfront apartment with partial harbour views, nestled in one of Stavanger’s most scenic neighbourhoods just minutes from the city centre.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across a private bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy views over the water and cityscape.

Guests also have access to a stunning shared rooftop terrace with pergola and panoramic views. Free underground parking always included.

The apartment is located on an upper floor in a modern building at Verven, just east of Stavanger city centre.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and access to the private balcony with water views. The separate bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, coffee machine, and everything you need for self-catering.

The bathroom includes a shower, and there is a washing machine available.

Guests have access to a shared rooftop terrace with pergola, seating, and panoramic views over Stavanger. Free underground parking is included in the building garage.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.

A dedicated parking space in the underground garage is included — no need to worry about finding parking in the city.

Access to the shared rooftop terrace is also included for all guests.

The apartment is managed by Cohost AS, a professional short-term rental management company based in Stavanger. We ensure the apartment is always clean, well-maintained, and ready for your arrival.

Check-in is easy and flexible — keys are available in a key box located in the garage next to your parking space. Full instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Please note that this is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, especially during evening hours.
No parties or events
Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly not permitted. The apartment is located in a residential building, and neighbors must be respected at all times.

Noise
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
No smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Keys
Guests are responsible for the key provided during the stay. If the key is lost or damaged, the lock must be replaced. This will result in a replacement fee of NOK 6,000. Please note that assistance with key-related issues is not available between 23:00 and 08:00, so guests are kindly asked to take extra care during this time.

General use
The apartment is intended for normal residential use only. Guests are expected to treat the property, balconies, and shared areas with care and respect. Maximum 4 guests at all times.
