Die Hütte liegt direkt am Shadow Mountain Lake. Es hat 1800 ft2 mit 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, Garage für 2 Autos und einem Bootsanleger. Es hat einen ausgezeichneten Blick auf den See und die Berge von der Kabine und auf der großen Terrasse. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen großartigen Blick auf den See und verfügen entweder über ein Queensize-Bett oder ein Kingsize-Bett. Sie sind ungefähr gleich groß.
Fünf Kajaks und ein Kanu stehen den Gästen in der Sommersaison zur Verfügung (im Mietpreis inbegriffen). Es gibt vier Hartschalen-Kajaks (für eine Person), ein aufblasbares Kajak (für zwei Personen) und ein Kanu (für drei Personen).
Die Hütte liegt 3 km vom Zentrum von Grand Lake Village entfernt, wo Sie essen, ins Theater gehen oder auf der Promenade einkaufen können! Die Hütte liegt 5 km vom Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) entfernt. Sie können viele Wanderwege innerhalb und außerhalb von RMNP finden.

Beautiful Cabin on Shadow Lake!

The cabin was well-stocked and the upgraded kitchen was a plus for our family since we loved prepping our meals together.The views were phenomenal from the deck and even better from the dock (once you get used to the many stairs-but it’s worth the work out!!)The kayaks and canoe were fun to use out on Shadowlake. We went just before peak season, so the lake was quite peaceful and quiet.We also love how close the stay was to the national park and Grand Lake.

On the lake

We had a wonderful time bringing in the new year with our adult children at your property. We could watch Grand Lake fireworks from the cabin. Very clean, well appointed. Hope to visit again.

Fun time enjoying the lake

We will definitely stay again! Beautiful lake views and direct access to the lake and large dock. We spent our days using the kayaks (thank you for allowing us to use them) and evenings enjoying the town of Grand Lake. The place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Expansive, 180 degree lake/RMNP views from a cabin that is very nicely decorated and incredibly clean. Just a few minutes to restaurants, bars, and groceries in Grand Lake. Kayaks and Canoes included! The host is very responsive, and also provides a lot of information about marinas and boat rentals on the lake prior to your visit. We would love to stay here again!

Views to Die For!

Great cabin and location. The view is beautiful and always bringing delightful surprises. Just when you think you've seen it all...a double rainbow appears or the moon illuminates a path across the lake. Inside the cabin or out on the deck there is always a fabulous view. The ability to walk down the private stairs to the dock and deck on the lake is fabulous

Perfect place for a family vacation

We chose this place for the location on the lake and we were not disappointed! The views are wonderful from almost all windows and the lake was quiet this time of year. And, the private dock was the BEST! We spent a lot of time down by the water and made good use of the kayaks and canoes. It was perfect having everything right there + having it all to ourselves. Comfort-wise, this home has everything we needed and was spotless when we arrived. We would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Most Amazing 4th of July to date!

All of the pictures are true to the eye! What you see is what you get and it is as close to perfect as you can get. We had the privilege of staying at this property for the 4th of July week. The view was amazing and the fireworks were brilliant! This vacation will be hard to beat.

What a great house and location. We have never been to Grand Lake so we didnt really know what to expect. But it was one of our best vacations as a family. The house was perfect. Beautiful scenery and a big lake to fish in with kayaks. Kids loved fishing, hiking and being on the lake. House was perfect and we had no issues. What a relaxing perfect get away. Definitely be back!

This is our go to Grand Lake property and it just got a whole lot better

We have been coming to this property for several years now and the recent major upgrades the owner did made this place even more desirable for the family to have a wonderful lake vacation. The price is a lot cheaper (relatively speaking) than the nearby on-water properties. We love the toys that come with the house. It’s more spacious than you think and the oversized deck is to die for. Just can’t get enough of the views. Tom is super responsive and friendly. We will for sure keep renting here.
