This lovely house is designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay, with modern interiors, warm wooden accents, and plenty of natural light throughout.

On the main floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living and dining area featuring a sleek sectional sofa and a modern dining table, perfect for relaxing or sharing meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare anything from simple breakfasts to full dinners. From this level, you can step directly out onto the terrace, where a barbecue area invites you to enjoy outdoor dining under the stars.

Upstairs, the home offers two peaceful bedrooms designed for restful nights. The master suite includes a comfortable bed and a private shower, creating a convenient and relaxing space to unwind. The second bedroom is served by an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.

Throughout the house, modern décor and warm finishes create a cozy yet refined atmosphere. Large windows fill the spaces with natural light, enhancing the sense of calm and openness. WiFi and a TV are also available to keep you connected and entertained during your stay.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the entire two-storey house, including the main floor living space and the upper floor bedrooms. Enjoy the terrace for barbecues and relaxing outdoor dining.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and comfortable apartment in Póvoa de Varzim, just a short distance from the beach and the lively seafront promenade. Guests can enjoy long walks by the ocean, visit the marina, and relax at the Casino da Póvoa.

The area offers a great selection of seafood restaurants, cafés, and local markets, as well as easy access to Porto for day trips. It’s an ideal base for a relaxing seaside stay with plenty of coastal charm and activities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Póvoa de Varzim (Metro do Porto – Line B), is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the property, offering direct connections to Porto city centre and the airport.

The nearest train station, Porto Campanhã (Linha do Norte), can be reached via metro in about 50–60 minutes, providing regional and national rail connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
