Welcome to your perfect home-away-from-home — a spacious and beautifully designed retreat that’s ideal for family getaways, group trips, celebrations, or longer stays. With four comfortable bedrooms, four bathrooms, generous living spaces, a private swimming pool, stunning gardens and plenty of room to relax, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Entrance Hall
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and elegant entrance hallway with stylish décor and a grand staircase leading to the upper floors. It instantly gives the home a warm and spacious feel.

Living Room
The heart of the home is the large, inviting living room featuring plush sofas, a cosy fireplace and TV — the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring, enjoy movie nights, or gather with friends and family for drinks and conversation.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is perfect for social cooking and entertaining, with modern appliances, ample worktop space and everything you need to prepare anything from morning coffee to family feasts. There’s also casual breakfast seating for relaxed mornings looking out the pool and garden area.

Dining Area
The formal dining room creates the perfect setting for shared meals, celebrations or evening drinks, with plenty of seating for everyone to gather comfortably.

Dedicated Office Space
For guests mixing business with leisure, there’s a private office with workspace for two people and a printer available to use. Connection details can be found in the guest information book.

A bright and spacious king bedroom featuring a large comfortable bed, plenty of natural light, storage space and a private en-suite bathroom — your own peaceful retreat after a busy day. Plenty of wardrobe space. Note a couple of wardrobes are locked for personal use.

This stylish king bedroom offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, complete with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. Wardrobes for your clothes. Overlooks the pool.

Bedroom 3
A cosy and comfortable bedroom with a small double bed, perfect for solo travellers, children or additional guests. Chest of draws for clothes.

Bedroom 4
Tucked away on the upper floor, this charming double bedroom offers a peaceful setting with its own en-suite bathroom. Chest of draws and hanging rail for clothes

Bathrooms
With four bathrooms throughout the home, guests will have plenty of space to get ready with ease. The bathrooms include walk-in showers (mind the step, elevated off the floor), bathtubs for relaxing soaks and modern finishes throughout. There’s also an additional downstairs WC for extra convenience.

Outdoor Space
Step outside and enjoy your own private outdoor oasis. The beautifully maintained garden offers plenty of open space for children to play, peaceful seating areas to relax with a coffee, and lovely views across the property. - Chair cushions are placed in the box near the backdoor.

Private Swimming Pool
The standout feature of the home is the large private outdoor swimming pool — perfect for cooling off on warm summer days or spending quality time with family and friends. Surrounding the pool you’ll find sun loungers, outdoor seating and plenty of space to relax. 10mt x 5mt swimming pool which can be heated.

❌PLEASE NOTE: ❌Swimming is entirely at guests’ own risk. There is NO pool fence or gate, so children must be supervised at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents involving children or adults.

Outdoor Dining, BBQ & Fire Pit Lounge
Make the most of warm evenings with outdoor dining under the parasol, fire up the BBQ for al fresco meals (experienced users only please), or unwind around the stylish fire pit lounge area with a drink under the stars. Please note the fire pit is for ambience only and not for cooking.

Parking
There is ample parking space for up to 3 cars on the private driveway (please note the owner’s car may be parked at the front).

❌Please note:❌ The pool house is not available for guest use. POOL and GARDEN companies maintain regularly - Pool is on schedule - if you do not want this during your stay you must say at time of booking - we cant reschedule otherwise.
