With respect to the dock, we have been operating the property for both personal and rental use for the past ten (10) years, and this is the first reported incident involving an injury resulting from someone jumping off the dock. We take the safety and well-being of our guests seriously and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Regarding the water, we have observed that a sulphur-like odour can become more noticeable as the summer progresses, particularly during periods of hot weather and limited rainfall. In our experience, the odour generally dissipates when the water is used regularly rather than remaining stagnant in the hot water tank. The plumbing has also been inspected, and no issues were identified at the time of inspection. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us. While we regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, we are grateful for the opportunity to hear your concerns and use your feedback to continue improving.
