This charming three-floor apartment offers a unique and cozy stay, with each level thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and character throughout your visit.

On the entrance floor, you will find a separate fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare your favorite meals. The inviting living room is the perfect place to relax on the comfortable sofa while watching TV or enjoying the fast WiFi after a day of exploring.

Upstairs, the first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, creating a peaceful retreat for restful nights. A bathroom with a shower and practical storage space is also located on this floor for your convenience.

The next level includes a single bedroom and an additional bathroom, offering extra privacy and flexibility for families or groups.

At the top of the house, the charming attic level features two cozy single beds beneath warm wooden ceilings, creating a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Please note that this sleeping area does not have a door, adding to its open and airy loft character. With beautiful views and a peaceful ambiance, it is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort, and fresh towels are provided for your stay.

Guests have full access to all floors of the apartment. Enjoy the modern kitchen, comfortable living room, cozy bedrooms, and all amenities provided.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A charming and well-located apartment in Aveiro, close to the city’s picturesque canals and historic center. Guests can enjoy moliceiro boat tours, explore the beautiful Art Nouveau architecture, and stroll through the lively streets filled with cafés, restaurants, and local shops.

Nearby attractions include Forum Aveiro, the Aveiro Museum, and the salt flats, while the beautiful beaches of Costa Nova and Barra are just a short drive away. It’s an ideal base for discovering the charm, culture, and coastal beauty of Aveiro.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro (Linha do Norte), is approximately a 10–12 minute walk from the property, offering direct connections to Porto, Lisbon, and other major cities.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) in Porto is about a 55–60 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
