Welcome to our beautifully converted dairy, tucked away on a peaceful farm near Fairford. As you drive in and round the corner, the dairy comes into view—full of charm and countryside character.

Entering through the gate, you’ll find a lovely patio that’s a real sun trap in the summer months, complete with outdoor furniture—perfect for al fresco dining or a morning coffee.

Step through the front door and on your right is a cosy king bedroom. Directly ahead, there’s a sleek, modern walk-in shower room. To the left of the hallway, you’ll discover a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, diner, and sitting area, with comfortable seating for six and a Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring.

Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms. To the left is a twin room with two single beds. Along the hallway is a spacious king bedroom. Between the two rooms sits a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.

From the downstairs windows, enjoy tranquil views over the lake and surrounding fields, often dotted with local wildlife—perfect for unwinding in nature.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. p
