The Space:
Welcome to this charming 45 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Wardour Street in the heart of Soho. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The Neighborhood:
Wardour Street runs through the heart of Soho, one of London’s most energetic and characterful neighbourhoods. The street itself is famous for its film and media industry history, but today it’s the surrounding blocks that really make the location special — an exceptional density of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and independent venues all within a few minutes’ walk.
Old Compton Street, Soho Square and Carnaby Street are all nearby, and the neighbourhood comes alive at all hours. For food, the options are extraordinary — everything from Japanese ramen and Vietnamese street food to long-standing Italian trattorias and Michelin-starred dining. Berwick Street Market is a short walk for fresh produce during the day, and the Soho bar scene takes over from early evening.
Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Oxford Street are all reachable on foot in under ten minutes. For the tube, Tottenham Court Road (lines 1 and 8) is the closest station, with Piccadilly Circus (lines 3 and 12) equally convenient. The location puts the whole of central London within easy reach.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
