Diese 518 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad bietet Platz für vier Personen und liegt im Herzen von River Run Village, nur wenige Schritte von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und örtlichen Festen entfernt. Und Sie sind nur drei bis vier Minuten zu Fuß von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt.

Der Eingangsbereich bietet montierte Haken und eine Bank für Ihre Bequemlichkeit beim Kommen und Gehen im Laufe des Tages. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV neben einem schönen Gaskamin und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken befinden sich in einem Schrank. Gleich neben dem Wohnbereich befindet sich der private Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof und die gemeinsamen Whirlpools.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Koch- und Geschirrteilen ausgestattet, um eine Mahlzeit für unterwegs zuzubereiten, und verfügt über Geräte aus Edelstahl. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für vier. Das Badezimmer ist mit einem Waschbecken und einer Dusch- / Wannenkombination ausgestattet. Es ist mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen montierten Flachbild-TV.

The property itself is very nice. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We had two people. I would not have wanted additional people even though the couch would have been an ok bed. The company must use the same guidance book for each property, but some things, like midweek towel replacement, does not apply unless you go to the rental office. The property amenities were great and as advertised.

No hot water the first morning. Internet never worked. Change machine in the laundry room took my dollar and gave me no change. Everything else was ok. Location is great.

Thank you for your feedback. The hot water was a building wide issue that was resolved within a few hours of it being reported. For the wifi, it looks like we did try to assist you in troubleshooting this, however you never responded back to us. Similar to the hot water, the laundry facilities are not managed by our company, they are managed by the building HOA. Had you reported this to us, we would have been happy to get you in touch with them to resolve this.

So nice being in walking distance of the lifts! We made all our own meal so it was nice having a well equipped kitchen. The roll-out bed was comfortable. Good piece of mind having a secure, protected garage handy to the room.

Great place to stay.

This place was perfect for me and my son for a quick ski trip. I was convenient to get to the slopes and to the shops and restaurants. If you're taking a shuttle from the airport, just be sure to let them know you'll have to stop to get your check in packet before going to the condo since it's not onsite.

Great location, needs updating.

The location in River Run was great. Silvermill is an older building with worn carpet. The condo itself had new floors, a newer couch and bedroom furniture. However the couch is more of a show piece, not very comfortable. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and the sheets worn with staining. The bathroom sink is awkwardly short, the tub was stained and the towels had stains and were very worn and small.
