The bungalow is professionally cleaned and prepared for every stay, with easy self check-in and exclusive use of the whole property.

Inside, the home has a bright and comfortable living area with cosy seating, Smart TV, Bluetooth soundbar, electric fireplace, and a retro games console for relaxed evenings.

Fast 150 Mbps fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout, making the property suitable for streaming, video calls, and remote working.

A guest smart home tablet is provided in the home with easy access to the House Guide, local map, Wi-Fi details, heating and lighting controls, TV remote, front door status, and useful home information. Traditional controls are also available if preferred.

The kitchen is fully equipped for short or longer stays, with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tea and coffee facilities, plus a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother and complimentary starter capsules.

There are two bedrooms:
• One double bedroom
• One twin bedroom with two single beds, one of which can be configured as a double if required

Each bedroom includes a bedside charging station with wireless charging, USB ports, and sockets, making it easy to keep devices powered overnight.

The bathroom has a full-size bath with overhead shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private enclosed garden, offering a quiet place to sit and unwind.

A private driveway is available for small to medium-sized cars. The driveway is narrow, so larger vehicles or vans may find the free on-street parking directly outside easier.

The location is convenient for Bramley, Wickersley, Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster, and the M18, M1 and A1. Local shops are close by, and Wickersley’s bars and restaurants are around a 15–20 minute walk away. Sheffield is around 30 minutes by car.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire bungalow, including both bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living areas, and private garden. There are no shared spaces.
